Bradley LeVecchia

Estero Bay Preserve State Park

Since Bradley LeVecchia was a young man, he has had a passion for the outdoors. His love for exploring new areas has taken him on many an adventure to discover the many wonderful things that nature has to offer. Bradley recently relocated to Florida from Las Vegas to be closer to family, and with the move he has found new ways to indulge his passion in the lush and extensive Florida landscape.

Currently Bradley is a student at Florida Gulf Coast University, majoring in Environmental Science. Wanting to take his studies to the next level and get some hands-on experience, Bradley applied to and was accepted as an intern at Estero Bay Preserve State Park.

His role in the park varies, making him an asset in many ways. One day you may find him assisting with maintenance needs throughout the park, and the next he may be helping with invasive plant treatments. Bradley’s contagious smile really brings positivity to everyone around him. Whatever he does, he does it enthusiastically, knowing that his efforts are having a positive impact on the park.

Bradley says that he chose Estero Bay Preserve State Park because of several reasons: the incredible history, unique job opportunities, the variety of natural communities and the activities that the park offers. What’s most amazing to him is that he is now a part of this team and community that is helping to preserve the park. He is proud to know that his work is helping ensure that visitors will continue to enjoy the park in the future.
