Description

Tucked away on 100 acres of pristine park land, the Ribault Club house is a splendid oasis of calm, surprisingly and conveniently close to Jacksonville International Airport and the luxury resort town of Amelia Island.  The club’s secluded waterfront location and marsh views on Fort George Island will make any event distinctive and unforgettable.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and as a Jacksonville Landmark Property, the Ribault Club has been lovingly restored to its original splendor by Florida State Parks, the National Park Service and the city of Jacksonville.  This gracious structure from Florida’s age of elegance has been kept in excellent condition, maintaining the essence of its grand history. Live oaks and palms gracefully frame the entrance to the charming southern clubhouse, the largest wooden structure in northeast Florida.

Whether you envision an afternoon visit to marvel at the architecture and stroll through the self-guided exhibit area or prefer to plan a private event for a ceremony, convention or retreat, the Ribault Club is the perfect venue. Serving the club since its reopening 15 years ago, Cape Leisure has experienced event planners to help ensure a memorable gathering. Hundreds of happy nuptials, anniversary and life milestones and social and professional conventions have been held in this seaside haven. Visit them online or call 904-251-2010 to learn more, and plan your trip to see this beautiful part of history today.
