History
Haw Creek Preserve State Park is a hidden gem. It is managed by the staff at Tomoka State Park and is comprised of 3,061 acres of mostly floodplain swamps and basin marsh and mesic hammock.
There is little access to Haw Creek Preserve State Park and its main attraction is the blackwater creek. Visitors can enjoy wildlife viewing, paddling, boating and fishing.
