Mary Phillips
Mary enjoys spending time in nature so working at a state park is a natural fit.
Visitor Services Specialist Mary Phillips serves a personal greeter for many people who visit the park. You’ll find her in the ranger station, offering a friendly ‘hello,’ collecting fees and answering questions about activities in the park.
Mary moved to Florida from New Jersy when she retired. She has always enjoyed time in nature so working at a state park was a natural fit.
If she’s not in the ranger station, you’ll find her enjoying the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from the overlook. In her free time, you’ll find her fishing.
Mary hopes to explore other parks in the area when she gets a chance.
