Wes Skiles Peacock Springs, named in honor of the late world-class explorer, diver, photographer, and cinematographer, is a special place worth enjoying during any season. Certified cave divers are afforded the opportunity to explore one of the longest underwater cave systems in the continental United States. Peacock Springs offers nearly 33,000 feet of surveyed underwater passages.

The clear and inviting water is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving in Peacock Springs and Orange Grove Sink. The overlook at Olsen Sink offers a breathtaking view of clear blue water providing visitors a firsthand look at the karst topography that defines the Floridan Aquifer. Explore the park’s four distinct upland natural communities as you enjoy the shaded walk along our 1.2-mile interpretive nature trail. The Park’s covered pavilions offer the perfect opportunity for a shady picnic or relaxing after a day in the water. Regardless of how you choose to enjoy your time in the great outdoors, come join us for a taste of The Real Florida!
