James & Pam Carter
James and Pam Carter are volunteers from Georgia who came to central Florida to enjoy life while staying busy. They both found it here at Rock Springs Run Reserve State Park and enjoy the weather and the ability to stay as busy as they wish. They do the landscaping at the park while keeping clean the restrooms and campsites throughout the week. The park is well kept and groomed on any given day a visitor may decide to visit.
James and Pam are proud to have the opportunity to help us keep our parks in pristine condition for all that may visit.
