Glenn Copp

Suwannee River State Park

On any given day, you can count on finding Glenn Copp somewhere in the park, making it a better place for visitors and wildlife alike. Along with his wife Jacquei, he has been volunteering with the Florida Park Service for four years, lending his vast skill set in a variety of ways. Whether he's helping build a new bathhouse for a group camp or repairing the park’s historic structures, you can count on Glenn’s warm laugh and smile to make the project fun and pleasant.

Glenn enjoys working with his hands, but says it's the public interaction that draws him back here every year. Campers at the park know that if they chat with Glenn they will find out all kinds of information about Suwannee River State Park as well as other nearby state parks (and ice cream shops). Glenn is happy to have the opportunity to work here in the Real Florida.
