2019 Participant Information
Thank you for inquiring about participation in the 2019 Florida Folk Festival scheduled for May 24, 25 and 26, 2019. All applicants should carefully review the 2019 Participant Guidelines for deadlines, timelines and for additional information prior to submitting your application.
Performer Applications to participate in the 2019 festival are now available. Applications and supporting materials must be submitted by October 1. Please review Participant Guidelines and Application Instructions prior to submission. Performers are notified of their application status by December 1.

The application for Crafters, Luthiers, Food Vendors, Environmental and Educational Exhibitors, Craft Square Demonstrators, and Marketplace vendors will be posted October 1 and must be submitted by December 1.
The application for festival Volunteers will be posted December 1 and must be submitted by February 15.
