2018 Participant Information
Thank you for inquiring about participation in the 2018 Florida Folk Festival scheduled for May 25, 26 and 27, 2018.
The application period to participate in the 2018 festival as a Volunteer is now open. The deadline to submit Volunteer Applications is February 15, 2018.
If you did not receive an application by email, simply open the appropriate application form posted below once the application period is open for your area, please read the submission instructions before you start working on your application, complete the information required and click on the Submit button in the upper right hand corner to send the form directly to our office. Please be sure to print your application and mail the first page of the form to the USPS address shown on the first page of the application.
Applicants that cannot submit their application electronically or those that do not have an email on file should download, print and mail the appropriate application to the festival office. Contact us at 1-877-635-3655 to have a paper copy of the application mailed to you no later than 2 weeks prior to the application deadline if you do not have email access.
The application period to participate in the 2018 festival for Performers is now closed.
The application period to particiate in the 2018 festival as a Food Vendor or a Vendor/Demonstrators of all types, including: Crafters, Fine Artists, Demonstrators, Environmental Exhibitors, and Luthiers is now open. The deadline to submit your application and supporting documents is December 1, 2017. However, applications will be accepted until all positions are filled.
All applicants should carefully review the 2018 Participant Guidelines for deadlines, timelines and for additional information prior to submitting your application.
