Description

Join us to celebrate National Arbor Day with the Native Plant Society Magnolia Chapter. The Friends of Maclay Gardens are donating native North Florida pines, oaks, hickories and flowering tree saplings to be planted in our native plant arboretum! You'll learn how to grow some of Tallahassee's most beautiful and diverse native plants – no special skills or equipment are required to participate!

For your safety, long pants, hats, closed-toe shoes, and a water bottle are recommended. If you have them, bring gardening gloves, insect repellant for mosquitoes and ticks, hand clippers, shovels, or other hand tools.
