Tell us what you think. Take the DEP Customer Survey to tell us about your experiences at Florida's state parks and state trails. There are three parts to this survey with a total of 15 - 20, short and simple, questions. Some questions branch out to allow you to provide more information on the subjects that interest you most. Part I asks for demographic information that will help us better understand our customers. Part II asks for information on your most recent experience with DEP. Part III provides an opportunity for you to submit written comments. Your answers will let us know how we are doing and help us improve our services.
