Whether you have been to the Florida Keys or not, Windley Key’s Education Center is a great place to start. We have information and interpretive displays on everything from the hammocks of South Florida to the Flagler Railroad to the Bonus Army. After a look around the center, it’s a great place to take a walk through a West Indian hardwood hammock. It's hard to imagine this gem is right off of U.S. 1, hidden behind the hammock itself. So, stop in to see us, have a picnic and enjoy what this site has to offer.
