Melissa Hobbs, Secretary Specialist
Originally from Sneads, Melissa Hobbs is a Jackson County native. As a little girl growing up only a few miles from Three Rivers, Melissa would tell her mother she wanted to work in the park someday. Melissa has always enjoyed the outdoors and meeting people.
Her duties include greeting visitors and offering information on the park, but Melissa says the best part of the job is the park's beauty and serenity. Fall is her favorite time of the year at Three Rivers when the leaves change color and cooler weather make outdoor hikes pleasant. Working for the Florida Park Service gives her the opportunity to see all the wonderful things Florida has to offer.
