Recreational vehicles (RVs), large trucks and trailers are not allowed on the Skyway Fishing Piers. Visitors can use the western portions of the piers however, the eastern portions of the north and south piers are closed.
Beginning June 21, 2011, demolition will begin on these eastern portions. The western portions of the piers and the bait shops will remain open during the demolition.
Enjoy fishing or sightseeing on the Skyway fishing piers! Magnificent sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the piers, which are open 24 hours, everyday of the year. Fishing supplies, snacks, drinks and bait are all available on both the north and south piers. Stop by the bait shop to pick up your free copy of the latest fishing regulations.
Please note that vehicles weighing over 12 tons are not allowed on the pier. Consumption of alcohol beverages is prohibited.
GETTING HERE
The Skyway Fishing Piers are located on the north and south sides of the Skyway Bridge on I-275 (US 19)
