Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park prepares meals for over 250 animals in their care. Sue coordinated and oversaw the remodel of the prep area into a commercial kitchen level facility so the team of volunteers she leads can prepare meals for the animals faster and more efficiently.
