Grayton Beach State Park

 About Grayton Beach State Park

Sunbathing next to the Gulf waters is a favorite pastime.

A NOTE FROM THE MANAGER

Dale Shingler

Leave winter behind, time to head to the beach.  Many visitors have discovered our award winning beaches, campgrounds and cabins. What a great time to enjoy a walk along the sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico or the park's 4.5-mile interpretive hiking and biking trail. For the less adventurous hiker, come check out our improved one mile interpretive nature trail. Grayton Beach is the ideal place to bring your family and experience "The Real Florida."

Grayon Beach State Park offers Firewood for $6.00 a bundle, and 7lb bag of ice for $3.00. Our latest addition is bike rentals provided by Coastal Cruisers (Please check with the ranger station for rental rates). Cash or check only. All proceeds benefit "The Friends of Grayton Beach and Deer Lake State Parks" and help protect and preserve "The Real Florida".

"Go Green". Rent a bike to see the great landscapes! So leave your car at the campsite or cabin and help preserve the environment. Bike rentals are on a first come first serve basis.

"Take nothing but pictures and leave nothing but footprints."

Grayton Beach State Park offers 30 modern cabins with no television, phones, or internet (WiFi) for the family that wishes to escape the trappings of technology and share good quality family time.

If you are making cabin reservations for a reunion or group, please give Grayton Beach State Park a call two weeks prior to your arrival date. We will do everything in our power to try and get your entire reunion or group in the same loop and cabin area.

Grayton Beach State Park has opened the new campground loop with 24 new sites that have 30 and 50 amp electrical, water and sewer at each new site. We hope that this allows more people to experience "The Real Florida".

Grayton Beach State Park has full beach access including ADA access at both the main park and cabin beach.

We are sorry but pets are not allowed in the cabins or cabin area or on the beaches. Pets are allowed in the campground and on nature trails.
