- We spent the week of Thanksgiving tent-camping and not only was the weather great but both the campgroung hosts & volunteers were terrific. the beaches were clean, the shower houses were spotless and the park rangers were very helpful & friendly. We lost the lock to our trailer hitch and one of the volunteers gave us his spare! We will be back in the spring to stay a week at Long Key but will be sure to spend a day at Curry Hammock. Brian Simpson - Beckley, wv - We recently spent a week after Christmas at Curry Hammock. What a beautiful park. The sites were large and level, and what a view. Bathhouse and campground area were very clean. Only place I've been to that someone is raking and cleaning the site almost as soon as you leave.

Douglas Wittig - Melbourne, FL - Just stayed at the park for the first time and It was absolutely one of the nicest parks I have been too. The beach was great, the facilities are kept in great condition,and the views are unbeatable. We enjoyed the fishing and kayaking. Highly recommend this park.

The kids enjoyed taking the canoe out and snorkeling and observing the variety of fish. It was well worth the 2800 hundred miles round trip to have such an awesome experience!
