Literacy Month

September is Literacy Month

Reading is important at all ages. On Monday, Sept. 8, all who show their library card, a book checked out from the library or who donate a new or gently-used book will enjoy free entry to Florida's state parks. Otherwise, there are more than 15 literacy events throughout the month.

Make a Reservation

Bring your family and friends for an overnight adventure at one of Florida's state parks with cabins and camping. Cabins vary from rustic to modern. Most campgrounds accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 11 months in advance.
